max filesize for upload 0KB!?

Hello,

can someone help me here? Everytime I try to upload media it says “max filesize for upload 0KB”.

I did set the picture size in settings-media to zero, hoping to open it up to infinity. I realized that this doens’t work this way and changed it back to 10000 and 7000, but neather did work. Everytime when I try to upload something it gives me the line above with 0KB.

What can I do?
