Pictures Disappearing

I am using Blanco Theme and WordPress 3.5.

I am creating a new site that is currently in development at dev.aquadesigninnovations.com/shop. I have been viewing the site on different browsers/computers and the strangest thing is happening. The main banner image about the blue rams is not appearing on certain computers and appearing on others even though they use the same browser.

For instance, it appears on my iMac running chrome, but does not appear on my friends iMac running chrome as well. What is even stranger is that it will appear on my friends iMac running chrome if he goes into incognito mode.

Any insight into what may be causing this would be greatly appreciated.
