For the life of me I’m trying to figure out how to get rid of a thin border that appears on the right side of my show, at:

http://www.floridakeystravelandtours.com/

Tried tweaking slide show sizes and images, and checked the CSS for any borders (none). So i’m stuck. Any suggestion?

That’s not a border, the background in the “bg.jpg” file is one pixel wider than the slideshow so it is leaving a gap. You can either edit that graphic and make it narrower or make the slideshow and slide images 1 pixel wider.
