Post tags keep on adding link to youtube downloader

Good day

I would really appreciate it if someone could help. I have a problem with one of the sites i created on wp. For some reason when i create a post it automatically adds in a tag youtube downloader. I delete the tags, but keeps on recreating itself numerous times.

I did a virus check, malware check on both my computer and the site, but nothing

Please help!
