Looking at the theme, it doesn’t look like it comes with a widget area at the bottom. Was a widget area at the bottom advertised before you downloaded the theme?

here is the demo.
Down at the bottom of the circles there is a smaller circle with a + sign and you click it and it opens up with a ‘search’, ‘text widget’, and ‘archive’.
I assumed there would be some sort of button or widget, but there isn’t as far as I can tell and I’ve been looking for most of the day.

Ah yes, now I see. If you go to Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets, you’ll see the three sidebars, Sidebar 1, 2 and 3. They are laid out in that respective order. So if you load Sidebar 1 with 4 widgets and nothing in the others, all you will see is one tall column with those 4 widgets. If you put 1 widget in each sidebar, you’ll see 3 widgets straight across.
Hope this helps.
Yes, I’ve done that. I have one widget in each of the three widget areas. There is nothing when I go back to my sight and click the little circle.

Just fixed it! I had some random file that was messing everything up. Thank you for your help!
