Any issue accessing external content behind NAT?

I am wanting to move a site to localhost for testing. Much of what I want to test relates to shipping and getting rates from USPS and Fedex servers. Localhost will be behind NAT router and don’t need or want to be able to access localhost version from the web. Just wondering if there will be any issues with getting shipping rates on the localhost site. If so how to address those issues.
