I need major help!!! :(

I added a theme to my wp-content/ folder, but Im unable to see a few things like the header/banner. I’m very much a beginner here so keep in mind I don’t have a clue what I’m doing!!

So I guess my question is, what am I doing wrong? I have all the correct files in my folder which is:

wp-content/blog/themes/flur

Flur is the type of theme I chose and I have all the files uploaded there. I double checked to make sure. I see the theme in my “presentation” of my dashboard. I can click on it but I’m missing the pretty header. what’s wrong?
