Title entered on Insert Media screen ends up in alt tag

    When you enter a description for a photo on the Insert Media screen, it doesn’t matter whether you enter in the box for a “Title” or for an “Alt text” it always gets put into an alt tag. Older versions of WordPress did this correctly. Ever since I upgraded to the latest version, this is broken. Now I have to go and manually change the tag alt=”Description” to title=”Description” for each photo. Is there a fix for this?
