adding article/news excerpts to a site

    Hi
    I’d like to add article or news excerpts to my site.
    Is there a plugin or a good method for adding a story, a first paragraph, a read more button, and an icon/image of the source website

    Here’s an Image with a sketch of what i need
    I have my page/post
    I want to create a block for the letter head and the same for the footer,
    This would just be a name and address
    That would stay permanent from month to month

    Each month i’m just creating a new page with that block, and changing the text between the blocks
