1. Check out the tutorials online for setting up the plugin.
2. If you need further help, please start a new thread in the forum (form is at the bottom of the support page). It’s considered best practice that each person opens their own thread to ensure that I answer everyone’s question
3. Lastly, the plugin’s intent is to allow you to use it on StudioPress’ themes. Therefore, I am unable to provide support for customizing the CSS to make the widget look better on your site.

Hi,

I’m having the same problem as other people here – I get ‘the feed does not have subscriptions by email enabled’. I’m sure the problem is with the feedburner ID, but I cannot work out what it should be. I have tried many variations and none of them work. I have tried feed title, original feed and feed address from the feedburner page.

Can you tell me what it should be.

Hi Brandon, Where can I get help on changing the font, size, and color of the Extended eNews widget that comes with the Balance theme? When a person fills out the form it’s very small, very light, and all caps.

Those are all CSS customizations. For StudioPress themes, I would check out their forums at http://studiopress.com first.

All of the edits would need to be made in the style.css file in your theme’s directory. The plugin just relies completely on your theme’s styling.
