Theme is Twenty Eleven.
Did NOT save a copy of the old CSS file before I updated. Didn’t know that I should or needed to.
I updated the “Custom CSS Manager.”
Appreciate your help.

“Custom CSS Manager.” is a plugin.
So, if I understand correctly, the problem occured after you updated this plugin.
In that case, try deactivating “Custom CSS Manager.” plugin. If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems (because the hooks remain unless plugins completely removed or some plugins stick around in cached files. So by renaming the folder, you break them and force them inactive).
I was able to deactivate the Custom CSS Manager plugin. It does not restore the data to where it was prior to the update.
I do have access to my admin dashboard. So that’s not a problem.

I viewed your site in IE9 and looks pretty normal, unless I am missing something.

What data? can you clarify please?
Also, try clearing cache in your browser before viewing. To clear cache in your browser, press clrl+f5 keys simultaneously. Also, try different computer/different browser.
If the issue persists, try resetting the plugins folder. –A green “San Gabriel” logo AND running banner ads split the top slot. There was no search window as there is now. That menu that you see at the foot of the pictures used to be at the top of the pictures just below the banner ads and the logo. And what used to be at the foot of the pictures was a caption that named the pictures in the rotator.

also, to rule out any theme-specific issue, try switching to the unedited default Twenty Eleven theme for a moment using the WP dashboard.
