is there any way of making a ‘get flash’ logo come up if flash is not installed as i just tried it on my ipad and didnt work but pc was fine.
the plugin doesn’t support mobile devices at the moment (anything that doesn’t have Flash player to be exact), we’re working on an update for it.
i understand it wont work on mobile devices so was wondering if it was possible to add a notification which tells users to go & download flash or visit the page on a desktop browser – if flash is not detected.
do you have any idea on a time frame for a mobile compatible version?
it could take a few months, it’s not in our priority list since the demand for it is extremely low!

if you would like to have an embed code that works on all browsers mobile and desktop ones, you should use the JavaScript embed code provided in the panorama’s URL.
I tried the java embed code but it didn’t work. I embedded it into the HTML bit of the wordpress page but wouldn’t show :s
Tried on 2 seperate websites too. The flash one worked but then won’t show on mobile devices.
we have updated the javascript embed code on the website, can you retry now please?
PS: you’ll need to retake the embed code from the site since it’s been updated.
