Floating Social Media Icon not stopping | WordPress.org

On my Home page the Floating Social Media Icon will not stop at the bottom from the page.

Other pages are fine with the floating. How can i fix it?

This happened because of your theme. there may be some div left opened and so the wp_footer may gets inside any div.

as per wordpress documentation http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_footer

wp_footer on footer.php must be just before </body> and it must not be in any div.
