Clear All Caches Timeouts

Seems like you’re priming the cache or otherwise have lots of cache files? If you’re caching to disk there will be a lot of files to clean up. It makes sense to reduce the garbage collection time to keep the total number of files lower at any given time. It also shouldn’t often be the case that you need to clear all caches.
