Send Button and Watermark Issues

1) Send button lines up to the left of the message field – need it lined up under the message field. Haven’t been able to achieve this with styling or adding space between the message field and the button. Does anyone have any ideas?

2) Cannot get watermark option to work. I have tried suggestions from the plugin website and wp forums to no avail. Any suggestions?
