IE my wordpress site = Annoying problem..

I have been tried several solutions for days to fix my website layout problem with Internet Explorer.
It works perfect with Firfox and Google Ghrome while It doesn’t show up properly and some graphic elements which are called by CSS get invisible in IE … maybe overlapped below other divs ….It could be related to CSS … since some z-index divs don’t work …

is there any solution for such issue
