Poor documentation and very confusing installation

Sorry to give a poor review but all i can find on the net about this plugin is all the cool things it can do. It seems like the owner of this plugin should stop his marketing and pr rant and spend some time with making sure that the documentation of this plugin is straightforward. The http://www.oblaksoft.com/documentation/getting-started-with-clouse/ page is a joke, i am not a tech expert when it comes to amazon services or your plugin so stop sending me all over the net on a wild goose chase and give me some straightforward documentation that will assist in the installation process. Jeez when i do a google search for this plugin all i get is the same bs “what a cool plugin, what a cool company!” the users could care less. Over promised and under delivered. I am disappointed on many levels about this process, get it together, before the competition comes and puts you on your ass. I recommend a video guide for installing this beast, because unlike the documentation on wordpress.org its more than a 3 step process.
