how to set up a blog within woocommerce?

    hello!

    i’ve had much success posting questions here and hope i can find a solution for this one.
    i’m sure i’m simply overlooking something but i can’t find it.

    i have my shop set up and it’s running smoothly.
    i also want to add a blog component to it for regular updates.
    and add that to a separate tab.
    when i post a “new post” it doesn’t go anywhere and it’s hidden i suppose because the products take precedent as posts.

    any insights?

    Blog and WooCommerce are totally two separate components and should not conflict. Ultimately your theme will decide where the blog should go and if it has the proper templates to handle it.

    So assuming your theme can handle it, you should be able to simply create a blog category, assign a post to it and be able to put the blog category right into your main menu via the Menus section.

    If this is not what you mean, then please explain.
