Get font to show up on site

Hello, I am working on a new theme for my site http://marti-belle.com and I had wanted the maintitle and the sidetitle to both use the font “BART Handschrift”. The issue I run into is when I go to view my site (currently in maintenance mode) the font shows up and it looks fine. But anyone else who doesn’t have the particular font installed on their computer get some big bulky font it replaces it with. Which I’m guessing is coming from them not having the font installed on their computer. So I looked into to plugins and tried a few but got no luck, and searched Google to find no luck. So how would I upload the font onto the site so that it will load the font up so that if someone doesn’t have the font installed on their computer the site will load it up so the site shows up the way its suppose to?
