Responses not working

It looks like the link for “leave a response” goes to #respond — which doesn’t exist on that page.

I originally posted with another user who was able to fix their problem with single.php being added to their theme folder. I already have this file, and even when I replace mine with the one provided from the other thread, responses still can not be left behind.
