I tried to get the plugin to work the way I want it to behave but without luck so far…

    • When I make other fields required, it will never upload the file to Dropbox.
    • Without other required fields it does upload to Dropbox.
    • In each scenario the files remain on the server (would assume that they would be deleted once the upload is done). This might be causes by the fact that the forms “never end sending”.
    • When one of the required fields has been left blank or filled out incorrectly and they are corrected the form doesn’t respond at all anymore.
    • Testpage can be found here: http://ranonkel.nl/dropbox-with-issues

      I’m currently running:

    • WordPress 3.5
    • Gravity Forms 1.6.11
    • WooThemes theme Definition 1.3.0 with WooThemes Framework 5.5.3
    • PHP 5.3.17
    • MySQL 5.1.66

    Hi Steven,

Please upgrade to GF Dropbox Uploader version 1.0.5 which I complied today. There are a number of bug fixes which should hopefully see problems #1 and #3 fixed.

#2 is in the works but is currently not ready for deployment. If you need it urgently please email me on enquire@blueliquiddesigns.com.au and we can discuss implementation.

Superb! GF Dropbox Uploader version 1.0.5 indeed fixes problems #1 and #3.

With regards to problem #2 – we’re not in a rush, the website is from a (non-profit) youth club, so we’ll wait patiently for it.
Nevertheless I’ll make a donation on my own behalf shortly as this plugin takes away a lot of hassling around for me 😉
In the meantime I think I’ll write a simple cronjob to delete yesterday’s uploads when they exist.

For now I’ll mark this topic as resolved as problem #2 is in the works for a future release as indicated by you.

    Cheers!
