WordPress Not Working even after re-downloading.

    My problem is that the admin bar on top no longer shows even after setting it to show admin bar. Even worse I am unable to download plug ins, it tells me it’s installing but freezes up and 1 hour later still not loaded. Could it be something in my htaccess file? I don’t know what to do, I have re-installed wordpress and it still doesn’t work. The bar at the top just shows a gray bar with nothing in it. I have other wordpress sites and they work fine.

    How did you do this? Did you do a manual install?
    Have you looked via FTP to make sure that everything is there?

    Downloading and installing plugins should only take a few minutes, not an hour.
    Have you contacted your host to see if there’s an issue with the server?

    Thanks for the advice, yes I manually re-installed the whole thing and it still doesn’t work, no admin bar at the top and no plug ins or themes, they take forever and nothing happens. My other wordpress blogs work fine so I don’t know what’s causing it and neither does my host.
