"Previous page" wrong after

After having moved the blog from a subdirectory, to the root according this paper, I have the Previous page link not working. Only in the Home Page. If I click the Blog section in the menu, the link is ok. This because the correct link should be http://www.fondonero.it/blog/page/2/ and not http://www.fondonero.it/page/2/ as it results in the Home Page.
How may adjust this trouble?
