paypal advanced background color

    The PayPal Advanced Layout C has a transparent background. The text PayPal color is conflicting with my background image making text hard to read.
    My CSS does not affect the PayPal iframe layer.
    The only layer under the PayPal iframe layer is .entry which affects other pages and just messes up the look of the cart.
    Is there a way to insert a color layer on only the Checkout → Pay page or override the PayPal iframe layer?
