(update) no conflict with plugins and my hosting provider say is nothing wrong in their side seams like a plugin malfunction …any ideas?

Again, an issue with php sessions…
you host isn’t allowing specific privileges to the php5 directory to save your sessions.
As of the new WooCommerce version to be released in January, sessions have been completely removed to avoid issues like this 🙂
