Form tag not being translated in Text Widget

    Hi There

    I have had a fully working form within a Text Widget on a side bar for several version of WordPress. Suddenly it has stopped rendering and simply displays [form “FormName”]

    The same form is working on a page!! But just not within the Text Widget.

    At the same time the [group_member…. ] tag has stopped being translated in an Enhanced Text Widget.

    I have deactivated all unrelated plugins and it still doesn’t function as it did previously.

    Any ideas would be much appreciated..Thanks in advance.
