Member Management

I am trying to find some member management software I can use on WordPress. I have done a lot of looking around and can’t seem to find what I am looking for.

What I am doing is a yearly subscription for a construction company. All of the benefits are going to be to do with construction and not on the website. So I don’t need any content management I just need it to go to database that would be able to send emails and keep track of when to renew.

What I want to do is have a form that would take a customer’s info and be able to take payment. I would like the page to have the same theme as the existing website.
