Flash Media upload "error, try again later" Partially working

    Hello I’m facing problem with the flash upload for media files.. Normal uploading is working fine.
    When I’m uploading it shows ” file upload error, try again later” in red color.
    But when I reload the media page.. The file that showed upload error was already got uploaded to the folder..
    So why I’m getting the error only while uploading?
    I tried all the fix methods. But nothing worked.. ??
