How to I access text in the header in the box on my site lvivecotour.com. The text starts wih “Discover the history…” Thank you.

Looks like a text widget – so you should be able to access it in the widgets section of the dashboard.

I thought so, but my widgets page Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets does not respond. When I mouse over widgets there, all I get is a cross cursor on mouse-over. Any idea hot to get into widgets?
