Outline is incorrect

The document outline gets messed up if posts contain headers – they mix with the h2 elements used for post headings.

This can be easily fixed by replacing each div.entry-content with, for example, section.entry-content. Unlike the div, section introduces a new section in the outline, which is usually what’s desired with posts.
