• Hi,

We installed qTranslate on our site in an euphoric attempt of running a wordpress site in 5 languages, but as it turned out we have a hard time to keep up in english alone. The trouble is now we have trillions of links, maybe even gazillions of qTranslate links from previous versions of the site that are no longer found and create 404s.
At this stage I would like to get rid of qTranslate all together, the only way to do this for people without deeper php knowledge is to use a plugin called WPML importer, but once qtranslate is completely removed, what is the correct thing to do about all the links that had been indexed and are now gone? How can this be solved from a SEO point of view?
    Thanks for your inputs!
