    I’m new to WordPress …

    JetPack was suggested to me as a way of giving me complete freedom to customize a template with no design constraints.

    But the README file is a joke – it’s an unformatted text file – so it’s unclear just what folders and/or files I have to move down to my local host.

    Can you you tell what files or folders I must move down to my PC?
