Theme Import Plugin Not working

    Hi,
    I am senior .Net developer, one of my client purchased wordpress theme and gave me for customization.

    1. Installed WordPress 3.5
    2. Installed Theme from zip file
    3. After it i want to import Theme setting from xml file, which was received from wordpress purchased bundle
    4. Installed WordPress Importer Plug in
    5. Now when i am uploading xml file its taking too much time in processing and not process it finally. file size is just 652kb
    6. Then i devide file into 5 sub files and upload all but its all not working

    Please help me how to fix this issue, i have too much work in wordpress but i am stoped here.
