Plugin to manage a custom table

    I’m looking for a plugin to manage a custom database table (that’s already created) from the admin side.

    Basically, I’m looking for the best way to add extra details to images that are uploaded (Title, Description, URI to use as a link, and whether or not it’s Active) for use as a “Specials” slider.

    Anything prebuilt out there for this purpose?
