• Hello,

I am integrating another application with wordpress and unfortunately both wordpress and the other application use some of the same Query Variables on the index.php, such as year, month, day etc.

Is there an easy way to change this in wordpress?
E.g. to change the “year” variable to “wp_year”, so the two apps will not conflict.

    Thanks

No, no easier than it is to do it with the “other application”.

This problem is more common than you might think — WP and phpBB share a lot of the same variables names.

Thanks, I changed the other app since I didn’t want to mess up with wordpress.
