Upgrade to 3.5 manually – getting blank screen

I tried installing the 3.5 files following the manual upload instructions and I’m having trouble. After installing files from these instructions, Step 1: Replace WordPress files (http://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress). After adding all the files, I try and visit my blog, http://corporatehousingbyowner.com/blog/ and nothing comes up. The admin login page will not come up either.
