can you let me know the settings you are using? are you using the widget, shortcode or settings >> wp float options ?
Im using widget.
fixed, top, left, distance form left/right 100px, distance form top/bottom 200px,show on homepage, show on posts, show on pages

Most likely your theme does not have widget support on pages and posts. You should try using the Settings >> WP Float Options instead. You can also use the shortcode
I have Graphene theme and i have a lot of widgets, also floating menu which working OK. The same situation is on http://www.salomonspeedcross.com. also Graphene theme.
I tray with WP Float Options but result is the same.
How I can try shortcode?

what options are you using with Settings >> WP Float Options? can you provide the exact HTML or text as well as the settings you are using so I can test them on my end?
I only use widget not Wp Float Options- Settings.
Widget settings are:
fixed, top, left, distance form left/right 100px, distance form top/bottom 200px,show on homepage, show on posts, show on pages.
But i found something interesting, widget is showing only in menus/categorys with ONE post!
