  • Just rename General to be whatever you want the default category to be. That’d be one solution at least.

    Hi,
My mind seems to be on one topic for a few days and switch to a new one for another few days, etc. So, renaming General often is probably not the right solution. I also notice that if I change some settings in the Post/Edit screen (such as values in the Show Posts section), they are all temporary. It would be nice if when I click on Blog This, all my settings in the top section of the Post/Edit screen get written into a table which gets loaded next time I enter the Post/Edit screen. Similiarly, when I click on OK in the Show Posts section, all my settings in the Show Posts section goes into another table. Next time I visit the Post/Edit screen, the settings in the Show Posts section will come from this 2nd table.
    Thanks for your attention!
