Blog to PDF

I tried both PrintFriendly plugin and CleanPrint plugin. They both seemed to work, however both put unwanted advertising on my site with the lightbox window and neither discloses in their info that they will do that (at least, I didn’t see the disclosure).

My question is: Is there another print-friendly plugin that creates a clean PDF but doesn’t automatically add any advertising?
