%title only works, $name or tags do not funtion

I’m using Short Code Generator to create slide shows in my website. The images that are loaded do not pull up the title or alt tags originally assigned to them. SEO friendly Images solve the issue but it only works with %title. It doesn’t work when %name or %tags are set in the settings. I need the other settings to work as all the images are to generic when just the %title is used. Is there a fix for using this plugin with Short Code Generator?

When I inspect the element in the browser, there is just a space in the Alt tag between the quotes
