Req: Best theme for a facts / humour website?

I ultimately plan on learning and creating my own custom theme/template, but for now, I’m looking for something that looks something along the lines of: omg-facts.com/

Header that fits in the large Adsense banner (728 x 90)
Right sidebar that’s wide enough to fit the square Adsense (250 x 250)
The main body wide enough for the content (around 500)

If some of you can suggest a ready made theme – free or otherwise, that would be great.
