Help to identify the name of template

    Hello All.

    Hope somebody would be able to help me with my query.

    I am wanting to built my own site, I have seen 2 website with a WordPress template and theme. Of course I will customise the site but I wanted to purchase the same like these sites http://www.privatecompanion.com and http://www.sincitygfe.com. Can please advise me which is the correct template and theme I need to buy to be able to create my site.
