Reverse Engineering: Can we build a WordPress CMS on top of PHP Site?

    Unfortunately our programmers have built our site backwards. We have used the Revver API to serve our video and we have built our site on PHP. We were using CuteNews for our Blog.

    My question is can we now build and implement a WordPress CMS that not only serves our News but manages the rest of the site? But lives on top of the code that already exists?
