CSV Import Suite & Variation Swatches & Photos extensions

I’m using both the CSV Import Suite and Variation Swatches and Photos extensions.

I’m running some test imports and I’m getting great data importing, it’s all importing perfectly including all the variations. What isn’t working though is the Variation Swatches and Photos.

What’s happening is all the variations are created and they go live to teh site no problem… just with the standard drop down boxes rather than the swatches and photos.

As we’re about to import 4500+ products, most with variations, I’d really rather not have to go through and manually change the “swatches” option to “Taxonomy Colors and Images” for each product. Is there a way to trigger this automatically via the import.

Failing that, is there some SQL I can insert after import? I’ve already got an insert routine that inputs the “_swatch_type” “pickers” values for each unique SKU that links up to the post_id value. Is there a value I can add into that routine that will change that option?
