Need a ‘How To’ on a WP photoblog

Anybody here know of a good resource on how to create a simple photoblog using wordpress.
I’d like to have a nice index page, where the images are thumbnailed, and link to an idividual post with comments on the photo.
Any pointers would be great. Thanks
