I upgraded every thing wp 3.5 buddy press 1.6.2 and so forth and after install the media plugin it breaks my footer of my custom community theme.

First, you are suppose to ask such question is support forum – http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/buddypress-media

Second, we cannot provide support for every theme. Our plugin works nicely with BuddyPress default theme. If you face any issue with default BuddyPress theme, we will provide support. Otherwise contact your theme developer.
