Image upload problem

    I seem to be getting this error when i try yo upload an image on a post…
    My word press is very new…and i am new to this…any ideas how to fix it?

    The uploaded file could not be moved to /hsphere/local/home/eyestorm/eyestormproductions.com/blog/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2007/05.

    Check to see if the wp-content and uploads subdirectories are writable by the webserver. You usally have to set them to 777.

    Unable to create directory /home/thisisyo/public_html/blog/wp-content/uploads/2007/05. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    I have the same problem as I get the message above.

    I altered the setings to 777 but I’m afraid it didn’t help.
