• Thanks for a great theme!!!
I followed your instructions from another post and changed my front page, so I can point it to static page I created.

On my home page it displays Posted on December 11, 2012 by admin and Posted in.

    How can I remove both?

  • I’m also wondering how to do this. Any time I add a new page it has this information on it and I’d like it to be more like a new page rather a post. Thank you!

    My website is focusworksmarketing.com

It won’t let me delete this post but I just saw the other thread which answers this:

I see that nobody has responded to this question. I have the same issue. I want my page to look like a static web page, and not a blog post. I was able to change it to a static page, but it is still inserting the “Posted on March 20, 2013 by Admin” message at the top of the static page. How do I make that go away?

Thanks in advance for your help.

IIRC, you need to go to each specific page and change the “Page Attribute” to “Full Content”.

Additionally, select the “Screen Options” at the top of the page, check “Discussion” and scroll down to disable comments (if you want). Wanting a static site, I did this as well, so I thought it might be helpful.
