Custom Field Template 2.0.7 doesn´t work with wp 3.5

    Even after updating the plugin I´ve still got the following messages:

    Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in ***/wp-content/plugins/custom-field-template/custom-field-template.php on line 2683 and defined in ***/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 990
