  • WP deals, would be great if it actually worked. I can’t seem to add the stock quantity when adding a new deal, therefore on the deal page, the deals states it is out of stock and the buy button is not displayed. This makes it impossible to test if there are any other issues past the buy page. I contact the company at hello@wpdeals.me and explained my issues and asked how to fix it on November 14th 2012 and didn’t hear from them, so I emailed again on November 21st 2012, still no response. It is now December 12, 2012, almost 30 days since my first email!! I ended up hiring a web developer costing me $$.
    Very upset.

    Yah… I think is because this is free plugin, so the Developer have no right to help all of our issue.

    I personally figured out few issue with the plugin I have tested which others were asked, but there is no any respond from Tokokoo.

    Since I wish to buy the Dealicious Theme to test, but I dont think will buy now due to their bad respond.
    Who knows no body to give a support later when facing some problem with the Theme or Plugin?

    sorry for the inconvenient, exactly for now we dont have a team member that support WPDeals. My developer has been resign since 3-4 months ago and we still to find the right person who handle wpdeals. we will continue the development or fix the bugs in May 2013. once again sorry for everything.

    I purchased dealicious from you in good faith. Our site goes live the first week of May and I expect you to have someone there to fix what looks like minor bugs. Your company provides a large number of products so I’m sure you have a programmer available so we don’t have to go and spend money elsewhere. The most important issues are:

    1) Adding stock levels when entering a deal, this was available in a previous release but has been removed. In fact the number should be equal to the number of coupon codes created or loaded.
    2) The sales report must contain the issued coupon code
    3) Additional account information must be added such as name. address and telephone number.

    Get this sorted please so the plugin is functional.

    We know the successful are not easy to reach, wish you can get the new person to handle the problem you are facing soon.
    I quite like wpdeals plugin actually, there are a lot of thing need to improve.. I believe the address function is quite important for customer when the time checkout for shipping purpose.
